We currently ship throughout the United States.

Shipping options, costs, and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the size/weight of your order.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.

During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. We'll keep you informed of any delays.

3. Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping – $5 flat rate on all orders under $100.

Free Shipping – We offer free shipping on orders over $100 within the continental United States.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Here's what to expect :

  • Processing time: 2–3 working days (Monday–Friday)
  • Shipping time: 8–12 working days (Monday–Friday)
  • Total delivery time: approx. 10–15 working days from date of purchase.

Order Cutoff Time: 3:00 p.m. (EST) Eastern Standard Time

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, extreme weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Box addresses, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.) at this time.

Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on state-specific regulations or carrier restrictions.

6. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

In the event of failed delivery attempts, incorrect address information, or undelivered packages, orders may be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you if this occurs and arrange a new shipment, which may incur additional shipping costs.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately by email at info@maisonmontague.com We will work with the carrier to investigate the problem and find a solution as soon as possible.

For fragile items such as vases, please inspect your package upon arrival. If the item is damaged, contact us at info@maisonmontague.com within 48 hours with a photo of the damage to receive a priority replacement at no cost to you.

8. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the carrier's tracking number provided. HERE

9. International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the United States.
